Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is received. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

  • Prints and small artwork are processed within 3–7 business days after payment is received.

  • Original artwork and custom commissions require additional preparation time. Processing timelines will be communicated clearly at the time of purchase or outlined in your commission agreement.

  • Large-scale or fragile artwork may ship via UPS only to ensure proper handling and tracking.

Please note that processing time does not include shipping transit time.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We ship orders within the United States using USPS and UPS. Estimated delivery times begin after the order has shipped and are not guaranteed.

Custom Commissions

Custom commissions are created specifically for the client and are final sale unless otherwise stated in a written agreement. Shipping timelines for commissioned work begin after the artwork is completed and approved.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, package size, and selected shipping method.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, a tracking number will be provided via email so you can monitor your delivery.

Delays

Shipping times may be affected by carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
